Who operates this website
Artiz Parafernalia is operated by Parafernalia Vendor LLC, 13027 Victory Blvd #494, North Hollywood, CA 91606, United States. Contact support@artiz247.com with privacy questions or requests.
The current website presents Artiz and projects in preparation. The online store is not open for purchases, and concept previews are not for sale. Contact is not newsletter enrollment. Public account-creation options are disabled; existing sign-in and password-reset entry points remain available.
Notice at collection: Contact
The Contact form collects your name, email address and message to respond to inquiries. Email and connection information are also used for short-lived abuse-prevention checks. Hosting and mail services process technical request and delivery information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
Our Contact-correspondence retention rule is 24 months after the inquiry’s final reply or closure, subject to unresolved matters and applicable legal requirements. Technical service records and backups follow the purpose-based criteria described below. We do not sell this information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information in a Contact message. Contact inquiries are not orders or newsletter subscriptions.
Information, sources and purposes
The following describes the current website’s processing and the relevant categories used during the preceding 12 months:
| Information category | Source and examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers and California customer-record information | Information you supply, including your name, email address, account identifier and correspondence. Your message may contain additional information you choose to provide. | Respond to inquiries, identify the relevant interaction, administer existing accounts and handle privacy requests. |
| Internet or other electronic network activity information | Browser and service requests, including IP addresses, requested resources, browser/HTTP metadata, relevant cookie or session information, and access, error or delivery metadata. | Deliver pages and fonts, maintain account sessions and display preferences, reduce abuse, provide security, troubleshoot and operate the website and mail service. |
| Sensitive personal information: account log-in and credentials allowing access to an account | Account log-in information and related authentication or recovery data used when an existing account holder signs in or requests account assistance. | Provide and protect access to the account and support recovery. |
Information comes directly from your communications or use of the site, from your browser/device, and from the hosting, mail and account services that generate operational records. We do not request unnecessary sensitive information through the general Contact form.
During the preceding 12 months, the site had no real customer orders, customer payments or newsletter subscribers, including imported subscribers; activity in those areas was setup and testing. This does not mean that the site had no visitors, Contact correspondence, user accounts or technical records.
Providers and disclosures
We use Hostinger for website hosting and the support mailbox. Hosting and mail processing includes the information needed to store and deliver website content and correspondence, support existing account functions, protect the service and diagnose problems. Relevant records include identifiers, correspondence, account-related information and technical service metadata.
Pages load Google Fonts stylesheets and font files from Google. Google states that its unauthenticated Fonts API receives IP addresses, requested resource URLs and HTTP headers, including browser information and referrer information when sent by the browser. Google states that it uses this information for font delivery and security, does not set or log cookies through that API, and does not use Fonts information for end-user profiling or targeted advertising. These are Google Fonts-specific statements, not a statement that the whole Artiz website uses no cookies or processes no technical information. See Google Fonts privacy information.
The categories disclosed for the website activities described above, including setup/testing during the preceding 12 months, are:
| Recipient category | Information categories | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Hosting and mail providers, including Hostinger | Identifiers/customer-record information, correspondence, account-access information and internet/network/service information. | Hosting, delivering correspondence, supporting existing account access, security and troubleshooting. |
| Internet font-delivery provider, Google Fonts | Internet/network information associated with font requests, as described above. | Font delivery and security. |
These are disclosures for the stated service purposes; they are not described as advertising-audience transfers. We may also disclose information when applicable law requires it or when necessary to respond to a lawful request. A link to an external site does not make that service part of Artiz; its own privacy practices apply when you use it.
Cookies, browser preferences and privacy choices
Browser information can support sign-in sessions and saved display preferences. WooCommerce Order Attribution is disabled for the current release. Cookies from an earlier visit or setup activity may remain until they expire or you remove them; switching off a feature does not itself erase all historical records.
Your browser provides controls to review, restrict or remove cookies and other stored site data. Restricting storage may affect sign-in or remembered preferences.
For the current informational release, Do Not Track does not prevent the page and Google Fonts requests used to display this website. Do Not Track is different from Global Privacy Control. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no such activity to opt out of in this release. We will honor applicable opt-out preference signals if a relevant processing practice changes, and update the disclosures and controls before introducing that practice.
Sale, sharing and sensitive information
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so during the preceding 12 months.
Account-access information is used to provide and secure account functions, not to infer characteristics about you. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require offering a right to limit its use under California law.
Retention
We use the following retention rules and criteria:
- Contact correspondence: 24 months after the inquiry’s final reply or closure, allowing for an unresolved matter, dispute or applicable legal hold.
- Inactive Customer accounts: 24 months after the later of the last verified login or order. Mixed-role accounts and accounts with unresolved orders, downloads, disputes or legal holds are excluded from ordinary eligibility. This rule is not applied indiscriminately to every WordPress user or to orders themselves.
- Privacy requests and responses: retain the limited compliance record for at least the legally required 24 months. Open requests and applicable holds can require longer retention. These records are kept separately from ordinary Contact cleanup and are used for compliance, not unrelated marketing.
- Technical logs, mail-delivery metadata and backup copies: retention depends on the service and the purposes of operation, security, troubleshooting, recovery and applicable legal obligations. Provider service schedules and agreements govern the relevant copies. A log’s visible dashboard period is not necessarily its deletion deadline, and ordinary Contact retention is not a promise that every provider log or backup expires on the same date.
Artiz has not enabled a new automatic account or Contact-message deletion process as part of this release. Applying a retention period requires review of the record’s purpose, dates, unresolved matters and applicable exceptions. Removing information from routine use may not immediately remove protected backup copies. We do not promise immediate or universal erasure where an exception or a lawful retention requirement applies.
California privacy rights
Subject to applicable exceptions, California residents may request access to information about collection and use, access to specific personal information, correction of inaccurate information, and deletion. They may exercise applicable rights to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and to limit qualifying uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information. Exercising privacy rights will not result in unlawful discrimination.
Send a request to support@artiz247.com or use the Contact page. Describe what you are requesting and provide enough information to identify the relevant interaction. Do not send a password or unnecessary identity documents, and do not create an account merely to submit a request.
For a request requiring verification, we may ask for information reasonably needed to match you with the relevant records. The verification level depends on the request and the risk of disclosure or deletion. An authorized agent may contact us on your behalf; we may ask for appropriate proof of authority and verify identity where the law permits. Applicable opt-out or limit requests are handled under their separate rules rather than automatically imposing the identity checks used for access or deletion.
For applicable requests to know, correct or delete, we will acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If an allowed extension is necessary, we will explain the reason and extended deadline within the initial response period. Applicable opt-out or limit requests will be handled as soon as feasible and within the required time. If an exception prevents part of a request, we will explain the relevant decision as required.
The Business Owner is responsible for checking the support Inbox and Spam folder each business day, maintaining a private privacy-request and deadline log, and remaining responsible during absences.
Audience and changes
The website is intended for a general audience with adult-managed accounts. If you believe a child has submitted personal information and need help, contact support@artiz247.com. The Business Owner will review the concern and take appropriate steps for the circumstances.
We will review this policy at least annually and when material processing changes. We will update this page and its effective date when it changes, provide conspicuous website notice of material changes, and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. New commerce, newsletter or other processing practices will be reviewed before they are introduced.
